Initially, I didn't see the comment that the video should be queued to 32 minutes, so I ended up watching the entire video. However, the performance that begins 32 minutes in really stood out to me after watching all the performances. It's incredible how magicians or performers can play extremely subtle tricks on us to make us subconsciously pick a specific image or name that is used in their trick. Performances like this one makes me think about the interworking of our brains and how tricks like this one can sort of bypass our understanding of certain things, which in turn makes the trick work. The magician, Elizabeth, gave us a great and well performed example of how something can be seen as magic or impossible but actually be possible through very subtle means that our brains usually wouldn't pick up on.
