I love this video! When I started meditating daily, I made sure to put my intention towards gratefulness and after a couple of weeks of consistency I could literally feel that I had began vibrating on a higher level. The negative energies and vibrations of my daily life that typically would trigger me, or cause me distress started just flowing right past me. I was so much more grounded all the time and as I kept my meditation consistant, more positive vibrations were coming into my days and less negative ones were noticed.
I agree with everting said in this video! After being depressed for a while I decided to change internally and change my perspective on life. I started to appreciate everything and everyone around me from my family and friends to appreciating the roof on top of my head. I stopped waiting for people to make me happy but rather create my own happiness. I also stopped stressing about my future and left everything in Gods’ hand because for sure His plan is what’s best for me. I started practicing yoga which helped me a lot with my anxiety. I try to stay positive about anything that happens around me. Today I’m happy because I’m grateful.
